We do not accept orders submitted via email. Never email your credit card information, as email is not a secure method to transmit sensitive information.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure site and Paypal that include Visa, Mastercard.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Within Hong Kong Only
- For purchasing less than $100 (before discount prices), $50 postage fee will be charged.
- For purchasing up to $100 (before discount prices), local shipping will be free of charge, registered mail +$13, Yamato Courier +$20.
- For purchasing up to $200 (before discount prices), Yamato Courier will be free of charge.
Local Shipping or registered mail service will be provided by Hong Kong Post, NO designated delivery time will be alllowed.
Designated Delivery Time can be provided by using Yamato Courier and you can choose the delivery time as "Before 6p.m" or "After 6p.m".
- For purchasing less than $150 (before discount prices), $100 courier fee will be charged.
- For purchasing of $150-$299 (before discount prices),
$60 courier fee will be charged.
- For purchasing up to $300 (before discount prices), courier will be free of charge.
Worldwide shipping will be based on the weight of your order as follows:
Weight of our products:
You can choose Airmail or Speedpost for your postage. For example, shipping to USA normally takes 7-10days by airmail while 3-5 days by Speedpost.
Shipping Date and Processing Times (within Hong Kong Only)
Order processing generally takes 3-5 business days from time of order placement for items we have in stock. Custom, personalized, and special order items may take longer. Note that certain products we carry are made to order by the designer and may take 3-8 weeks. Sometimes order processing times may be delayed if one item is out of stock on your order. We try to send everything in one package to reduce shipping cost charged to you. Our Customer Service Representatives will notify you if any unforeseen delays arise.
Once we process your order and ship out your order, we will send an order confirmation email to you to confirm. If the shipment has not arrived after the estimated arrival time, please contact us to obtain delivery status on your order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We do our best to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Most parcels reach their destination promptly and without incident. However, sometimes a parcel is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. We are not responsible for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
If the common carrier is unable to deliver the shipment for any reason, whether unclaimed, refused, invalid or unknown address, or any other reason, we will, upon return of the shipment to us, charge a 20% restocking fee for the entire purchase price, less shipping and handling fees, which are non-refundable. If you wish for us to resend your shipment, you will be charged additional shipping charges.
