Returns and Exchanges

We strive to ensure that the quality of our products is excellent, but in the case that an item you ordered from Pomme Collection does not meet your expectations, our Return Policy is below.

Please note:
Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Personalized Items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Sales Items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Exchanges Policy

Exchanges are only applied to size only but not to different styles/products. If the merchandise needs to be exchanged for a different size, we ask that you not only pay to ship the incorrect sized item back to us, but include the appropriate amount for shipping the replacement item back to you.

Non-defective correct sized merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact, and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip (make a copy for your own records). The first exchange is complimentary and will not incur any restocking fees expect the shipping fees. A 10% restocking charge will be applied to each subsequent exchange. Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your exchange. No exchanges will be accepted after 7days of purchase.

Defective Items

We will happily exchange a defective product or one that is damaged in shipment to you. Please notify us within 3days of delivery so that we can promptly assist you. In such a case and solely at our discretion, you may be responsible for the cost of the return shipment to us. We are not responsible for any item that is lost in return shipment. We strongly encourage you to place insurance on any items you send back to us. Upon your request and our receipt of the returned products, we will issue new products or refunds for returned products. We will return payment, less shipping charges, to you within 30 days of your request.

Please contact us & it can be returned to us for a replacement. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving item if it is defective. Items must be broken, missing rhinestones, etc in order to be considered defective.

Returns/Exchanges Instructions

Please kindly contact us for the returns/exchanges and by sending us the following information:
1.     Your Name
2.     Phone Number
3.     E-mail address
4.     Invoice Number
5.     Items code for the stocks to be returned/exchanges and size
6.     Items code and size for replenishment

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each return/exchange. A valid RMA number must be included with your return and labeled clearly on your return package in order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RMA number.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled for any reason are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Customers who cancel orders will be refunded the purchase price less the 10% cancellation fee.
Cancelling orders must be placed within 3 days of ordering. This also applies to Abandoned Orders (Orders where there is no response from the customer after numerous attempts) & Backorders.

Returns exceptions and final sale items

Personalized, custom made, items purchased on sale or discounted price, seasonal holiday items, and other special order items are NON REFUNDABLE. Due to health regulations, all pet treats, chews & perishables, grooming & spa care, pet beds, and plush toys are NON REFUNDABLE. If you need assistance, we will be happy to help you answer any product questions and find what's right for your pet. Please take the time to find the best size for your dog. If you are not sure, feel free to contact us for assistance with sizing or with any product questions.

Questions about Returns and Exchanges

Pomme Collection reserves the right of the final decision on the use of offer in case of any disputes arising from this agreement. If you have a question about this User Agreement, please email our customer service department (info@pommecollection.com).
